As a native English speaker with a clear Southern California accent, I bring a lifetime of international experience to my teaching. My journey has taken me from the bilingual culture of the U.S.-Mexico border to the demanding professional environments of 5-star Swiss hotels. This unique background, which includes training at the prestigious Institut Hôtelier César Ritz, has given me a deep appreciation for the nuances of professional communication. Beyond teaching, my background as a US FAA licensed pilot and a Swiss-trained hospitality manager allows me to offer highly specialized, practical training.
